In a Kiambu Law Court, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and ten others pleaded guilty to charges of violating Covid-19 restrictions.
They were each fined Sh75,000 or imprisoned for eight months as a forfeit.
The 11 defendants appeared in front of Chief Magistrate Stella Atambo on Tuesday.
They were arrested along with 19 others at Havilla Cornerstone Gardens in Karuri at 9 p.m. on Monday.
The police were called after a tip that there was a political gathering going on that was in violation of the Covid-19 rules.
They were charged with five offences: drinking alcohol, failing to maintain a physical distance, not wearing face masks, violating a gathering prohibition, and violating a provision covid 19 rules.
